Description

Create beautiful suncatchers to brighten your home with vibrant colors and calming light.


Ingredients

  • Clear contact paper
  • Colored tissue paper
  • Scissors
  • Markers or paint (optional)
  • A hole punch
  • String or fishing line
  • Optional embellishments (glitter, sequins, pressed flowers)

Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting two pieces of contact paper, around 8 inches square.
  2. Carefully peel one side of the contact paper, exposing the sticky surface.
  3. Choose your colored tissue paper and cut or tear it into fun shapes.
  4. Arrange the pieces on the contact paper to create your design.
  5. Peel the second sheet of contact paper and lay it on top of the tissue paper artwork.
  6. Trim any excess contact paper from the edges.
  7. Punch holes in the upper corner and thread your string through.
  8. Hang your suncatcher in a sunny window and enjoy the vibrant colors.
