- Assorted glass beads in various colors and shapes
- Scissors
- Small, flat object (like cardboard or a book)
- Strong adhesive (optional)
- Hooks or suction cups for hanging (optional)
- Pattern paper (optional)
Instructions
- Select a peaceful spot where you can cherish your creativity. Lay out your materials and let your eyes wander over the colors of the beads.
- <strong Take a piece of fishing line and cut a length that feels comfortable — around three to four feet works well.
- Tie a small knot at one end of your fishing line to hold the first bead securely in place.
- Begin threading beads onto the line, arranging them in a pattern that speaks to you.
- Once you have reached your desired length, create a secure knot to ensure the last bead won’t slip off.
- Trim any excess line carefully, leaving a bit of space to tie on a hook or suction cup.
- If using a hook or suction cup, attach it to the top of your suncatcher gently.
- Finally, find a lovely spot near a window to hang your creation.
