Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of salt
  • 2 cups of warm water
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of cream of tartar
  • Food coloring (green, purple, black)
  • Glitter (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour and 1 cup of salt.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of cream of tartar and mix thoroughly.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend 2 cups of warm water with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add your desired food coloring to the water mixture.
  4. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry, stirring continuously.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a non-stick pot over medium heat. Stir continuously until it thickens and forms a dough-like consistency.
  6. Once it cools slightly, knead the dough with your hands for a few minutes.
  7. If using, sprinkle in some glitter during kneading for an extra magical touch.
