Ingredients
- Wax paper
- Crayons (various colors)
- An iron
- Parchment paper
- Scissors
- Hole punch (optional)
- String or yarn for hanging
Instructions
- Peel the wrappers off the crayons and break them into small pieces. Sort by color.
- Cut two sheets of wax paper to your desired size (approx. 8×10 inches).
- Sprinkle broken crayon pieces evenly between the wax paper layers.
- Place parchment paper over the top layer of wax paper and gently glide the iron over it on low heat.
- Once cooled, trim excess wax paper and optionally use a hole punch for hanging.
- Thread string or yarn through the hole and hang your sun catcher near a window.
