Ingredients

- 2 cups cubed cantaloupe
- 2 cups cubed honeydew
- 2 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh mint leaves
- Flaky salt (to taste)
- Freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)
- Optional: berries, mozzarella pearls, feta cubes, chopped nuts
Instructions
- Prepare the melons by cutting off the rind and slicing into even cubes.
- On a large plate or cutting board, arrange the cubed melons and cucumber in a checkerboard pattern.
- Drizzle with lime juice and scatter fresh mint leaves over the top.
- Add a pinch of flaky salt and a crack of black pepper for extra flavor.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a twist, you can add strawberries, blueberries, or even pineapple. Use a ruler for cutting for perfectly sized cubes.
