Ingredients
- Glass or plastic jars (such as mason jars)
- Battery-operated tealight candles
- Tissue paper in various colors (red, pink, white)
- Mod Podge or glue
- Paintbrush
- Scissors
- Ribbon or twine (for decoration)
- Optional: Heart-shaped stencils or stickers
Instructions
- Prepare Your Workspace: Arrange your materials on a clean, flat surface.
- Cut the Tissue Paper: Cut the tissue paper into shapes or strips.
- Apply Glue: Brush Mod Podge or glue onto the outside of the jar.
- Add Tissue Paper: Place the cut tissue paper onto the glued areas and smooth out bubbles.
- Seal with Glue: Brush another layer of Mod Podge over the top and allow it to dry.
- Add the Tealight Candle: Insert a battery-operated tealight candle into the jar and turn it on.
- Finish with Decoration: Tie a ribbon or twine around the mouth of the jar for decoration.
