Description

A fun and colorful DIY activity perfect for Valentine’s Day, this Floam Slime provides hours of entertainment and sensory play for all ages.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white school glue
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Food coloring (red, pink, or any color of choice)
  • 1/2 cup liquid laundry detergent or contact lens solution
  • 1 cup foam beads (for floam texture)
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Airtight container (for storage)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of white school glue with 1/2 cup of water. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Add a few drops of food coloring to the glue mixture and mix thoroughly.
  3. Gradually add 1/2 cup of liquid laundry detergent or contact lens solution, stirring until the slime starts to form.
  4. Knead the slime for a couple of minutes until it pulls away from the bowl.
  5. Add 1 cup of foam beads gradually, mixing them in thoroughly.
  6. Store the slime in an airtight container to maintain freshness.

Notes

Experiment with different textures by adding glitter or larger foam beads. Store in a cool place for longevity.
