Ingredients
- Clear glass or plastic jar with a lid
- Water
- Vegetable oil
- Food coloring (various colors)
- Small bowl or cup
- Spoon
- Dropper or pipette (optional)
Instructions
- Fill the jar about 1/3 full with water.
- Carefully pour vegetable oil on top of the water until the jar is about 2/3 full.
- In a small bowl, add a few drops of food coloring into a small amount of water.
- Using a dropper, gently add the colored water to the jar with a few drops at a time.
- Once satisfied, seal the jar with its lid and gently swirl or shake to create additional effects.
Notes
Experiment with different oils, add glitter for a shimmering effect, or incorporate essential oils for scent.
