Create adorable and spooky spiders using simple household materials for a fun Halloween decoration.
Ingredients
- Empty toilet paper rolls
- Black pipe cleaners (4 per spider)
- Googly eyes (2 per spider)
- Glue (or hot glue gun)
- Scissors
- Paint (black or any other color for decorating)
- Optional: Yarn or string for hanging
Instructions
- Start with an empty toilet paper roll. Paint it black or any color you prefer and let it dry completely.
- Cut four black pipe cleaners in half to create eight equal pieces. Poke holes in the sides of the toilet paper roll, spacing them evenly.
- Insert a piece of cut pipe cleaner into each hole for the legs, bending the ends to create an ‘S’ shape for stability.
- Apply glue to the back of each googly eye and stick them to the top of the toilet paper roll.
- Use additional decorations like glitter, yarn, or paint to personalize your spider. Attach yarn at the top to hang your spider if desired.
