Description

A fun and frothy iced espresso drink topped with whipped milk, reminiscent of a dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold espresso or cold brew
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or oat milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla syrup (or sugar-free alternative)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: caramel drizzle or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your cold espresso or cold brew and pour it over ice in a tall glass.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. If using oat milk, froth until bubbly.
  3. Gently fold in the vanilla syrup.
  4. Heap the whipped topping over the iced espresso.
  5. Garnish with optional caramel drizzle or a dusting of cocoa powder.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the fluffy layer on top!

Notes

For a healthier version, use 1% milk or oat milk instead of heavy cream and a sweetener of your choice. Chill your milk for better fluffiness.
