Ingredients

- 1 cup cold espresso or cold brew
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or oat milk
- 2 tbsp vanilla syrup (or sugar-free alternative)
- Ice cubes
- Optional: caramel drizzle or cocoa powder for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare your cold espresso or cold brew and pour it over ice in a tall glass.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. If using oat milk, froth until bubbly.
- Gently fold in the vanilla syrup.
- Heap the whipped topping over the iced espresso.
- Garnish with optional caramel drizzle or a dusting of cocoa powder.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the fluffy layer on top!
Notes
For a healthier version, use 1% milk or oat milk instead of heavy cream and a sweetener of your choice. Chill your milk for better fluffiness.
