Create a vibrant sunflower suncatcher to add color and joy to your home.
Ingredients
- Clear plastic or transparency sheets
- Black markers or Sharpie
- Yellow and brown tissue paper
- Scissors
- Craft glue or mod podge
- Self-adhesive hooks or suction cups for hanging
- Optional: glitter for added sparkle
Instructions
- Cut a large circle out of the plastic sheet to create the base for your sunflower suncatcher.
- Using the black marker, draw a large sunflower design on the plastic, including petals and a center.
- Tear yellow tissue paper into petal-sized pieces and brown tissue paper for the center.
- Apply craft glue to the sunflower petals and press the yellow tissue paper pieces onto them.
- Glue down the brown tissue paper pieces in the middle of the flower.
- Let the glue dry completely to ensure your artistry holds together.
- Attach self-adhesive hooks or suction cups to the top of your suncatcher for easy hanging.
Notes
