  • Colored tissue paper or cellophane
  • Scissors
  • Clear craft glue
  • String or fishing line
  • Hole punch

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by gathering all materials on a flat surface.
  2. Create your design by cutting the transparent sheet into your desired shape.
  3. Choose your colored paper and tear or cut it into small pieces.
  4. Apply glue onto one side of the transparent sheet.
  5. Place colored paper pieces onto the glued area, overlapping them for a vibrant effect.
  6. Cover the top with another layer of glue to seal everything in place.
  7. Let it dry for a couple of hours or until completely set.
  8. Punch a hole at the top and thread through the string.
  9. Hang your creation in a sunny spot.
