Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by gathering all materials on a flat surface.
- Create your design by cutting the transparent sheet into your desired shape.
- Choose your colored paper and tear or cut it into small pieces.
- Apply glue onto one side of the transparent sheet.
- Place colored paper pieces onto the glued area, overlapping them for a vibrant effect.
- Cover the top with another layer of glue to seal everything in place.
- Let it dry for a couple of hours or until completely set.
- Punch a hole at the top and thread through the string.
