Description
Craft a beautiful beaded plant hanger to showcase your plants while adding a personal touch to your decor.
Ingredients
- Cotton or nylon cord (approximately 3-5 mm thick)
- Assorted beads (wood, ceramic, or glass)
- Scissors
- Measuring tape
- Optional: Plant pot with a drainage hole
- Optional: Plant (your choice!)
Instructions
- Measure and cut four lengths of cord, each about four times the desired height of the finished hanger.
- Align the four cords together and tie a secure knot at one end, roughly 2 inches from the bottom.
- Separate the cords into two groups of two and tie a knot in each group about 1 inch from the base.
- Thread beads onto each cord, leaving some space between beads for visual interest.
- Gather the cords and tie another knot about 6 inches from the top.
- Place the plant pot in the created pouch, adjust knots if necessary, and trim excess cord, leaving approximately 1 inch for a neat finish.
