Instructions
- Clear a flat surface to work on and lay down newspaper to catch spills.
- Cut your colored tissue paper or cellophane into small shapes (stars, circles, etc.).
- Lay the clean plastic sheet flat and apply a thin layer of sparkling clear glue with a paintbrush (if using).
- Place your cut shapes onto the glue-covered sheet, pressing down gently.
