Create enchanting Christmas trees using shaving cream for a fun and sensory holiday craft.
Ingredients
- Shaving cream (unscented)
- Green food coloring
- Cardstock or construction paper (for tree bases)
- Glitter or sequins (for decoration)
- Craft paintbrushes or toothpicks (for spreading)
- Scissors
- Optional: stickers, markers, or other embellishments
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace with newspaper or a plastic sheet.
- In a bowl, mix a generous amount of shaving cream with 2-3 drops of green food coloring.
- Cut out tree shapes from cardstock or construction paper.
- Spread the green shaving cream mixture over the tree shapes using a paintbrush or toothpick.
- While wet, sprinkle glitter or place sequins on top.
- Let the decorated trees dry for a few hours until the shaving cream sets.
Notes
Use different food coloring for a variety of tree designs. Consider using whipped cream for an edible version!
