Description

Make your very own saltwater slime with this easy and fun recipe perfect for all ages!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white school glue
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon or spatula

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of warm water and 1/2 cup of salt. Stir until the salt dissolves completely.
  2. Add 1 cup of white school glue to the saltwater mixture and stir well until fully combined.
  3. If desired, add a few drops of food coloring to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Gradually add 1 cup of cornstarch to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  5. Once the mixture is too thick to stir, use your hands to knead the slime until it is stretchy and slightly gritty from the salt.
