Instructions
- In a bowl, mix 1 cup of baking soda and 1/2 cup of salt until uniform.
- Pour the mixture into a small container on a tray or baking sheet, shaping it into a mound with a crater-like top.
- Add a few drops of food coloring into the center of the crater if desired.
- Slowly pour 1 cup of vinegar into the crater and watch the eruption occur.
- Enjoy the fizzy reaction that lasts several seconds.
