- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup salt
- 1 cup water
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper (optional)

- Star-shaped cookie cutter

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of flour and 1 cup of salt. Gradually add 1 cup of water, mixing until combined. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out star shapes. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Before baking, use a straw to make holes at the top of each star for string.
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C). Bake for 2-3 hours or until the stars are hard and dry. Allow them to cool completely once done.
- Once cool, paint with acrylic paint or embellish them as desired.
