- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chilled green tea
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Steep the green tea bag in hot water, then let it chill.
- In a blender, combine frozen raspberries, banana, honey or maple syrup, and chilled green tea.
- Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
