Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup salt
- 2 tablespoons cream of tartar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
- Food coloring (various colors)
- Glow-in-the-dark powder (or tonic water)
- Mixing bowls

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, cream of tartar, and vegetable oil. Mix these dry ingredients thoroughly.
- Slowly add water to the dry mixture, stirring continuously to combine until smooth.
- Divide the dough into smaller portions for coloring. In each portion, add different food coloring to create a rainbow of hues.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously until the dough thickens and pulls away from the sides. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Once cool, knead the dough on a clean surface until it’s smooth and elastic. Incorporate more colors as desired!
