Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of salt, and 2 tablespoons of cream of tartar. Use a whisk or spoon to blend the dry ingredients until evenly combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups of water with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add your choice of food coloring and glow-in-the-dark powder to the wet mixture.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir to combine. Transfer to a saucepan over medium heat and stir continuously until the dough thickens and forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Knead the dough with your hands until smooth and pliable.

- Place your moon dough in plastic bags to keep it fresh and soft between uses.
