Instructions
- Shape your tree by twisting the pipe cleaners into a tree form using various colors.
- Cut off excess pipe cleaner to fit in the container.
- Boil enough water to fill your container halfway.
- Slowly add Epsom salt to the boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- Add food coloring if desired.
- Submerge your pipe cleaner tree in the solution completely.
- Place the container in a cool, undisturbed area for 24 hours or more.
- Check on the tree as crystals begin to form.
- After the time, carefully remove the tree and dry it on a paper towel.
- Display your vibrant crystal tree in a bright spot or hang it with string.
