Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Food coloring (various colors)
- Mixing bowls
- Whisk or spoon
- Squeeze bottles or ziplock bags
- Parchment paper or craft paper for painting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder until well mixed.
- Gradually pour in the water while stirring with a spoon or whisk. Aim for a smooth, lump-free mixture.
- Divide the mixture into different bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix until the desired color is achieved.
- Carefully spoon the colored mixtures into squeeze bottles or ziplock bags. If using bags, snip off a small corner of the bag for easy application.
- Use the puffy paint to create designs on parchment paper or other surfaces. Remember to squeeze gently for controlled lines.
- Allow your creations to dry completely for 4-6 hours or until they feel firm to the touch.
