- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
- 1 cup water
- Food coloring (optional)
- Essential oils or fragrance (optional)

Instructions
- In a pot, combine 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk with 1 cup of water. Stir well to dissolve the husk completely.
- Place the pot on the stove over low to medium heat, continuously stirring the mixture as it warms up.
- Once it starts to bubble and become gel-like (about 5-7 minutes), remove it from heat. Add food coloring or essential oils if desired.
- Allow the mixture to cool for 10-15 minutes until it’s safe to touch.
- Once cool, knead the slime with your hands until it reaches your desired consistency.
Notes
Store your slime in an airtight container to maintain its consistency and softness. Experiment with colors, scents, and textures for a personalized touch.
