- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon contact lens solution (must contain boric acid)
- Food coloring (blue, green, or brown for ocean vibes)
- Gold glitter or gold star confetti (for treasure effect)
- Optional: Small plastic jewels or coins
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of white school glue with 1 cup of warm water. Stir well until mixed thoroughly.
- Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of baking soda and stir until fully combined.
- Add a few drops of food coloring to achieve your desired color, mixing until consistent.
- Gradually add 1 tablespoon of contact lens solution while stirring until the slime forms.
- Knead the slime with your hands for a few minutes, adding more contact lens solution if too sticky.
- Incorporate gold glitter or confetti and small plastic jewels or coins for extra fun!
Notes
For a scented slime, add a few drops of essential oil. Experiment with colors and textures. Store in airtight containers for freshness.
