Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white school glue
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 23 tablespoons contact lens solution
  • Food coloring (blue, green, yellow, or brown)
  • Glitter (gold or silver for treasure effect)
  • Optional: small plastic pirate coins or gems

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by clearing a flat surface and laying down newspaper or a plastic mat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, pour in 1 cup of white school glue and add 1 tablespoon of baking soda; stir until combined.
  3. Add food coloring and glitter to the glue mixture, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Slowly add 2-3 tablespoons of contact lens solution while mixing continuously.
  5. Nudge the mixture until it pulls away from the bowl and forms a slime; knead with your hands until the texture is just right.
  6. Knead in small plastic coins or gems for a true pirate treasure effect.
