Instructions
- In a small pot, bring the milk (or water) to a simmer over medium heat.
- Stir in the oats and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and have absorbed most of the liquid.
- Remove from heat, and stir in the peanut butter until it’s fully combined.
- Add sweetener (if using) and a pinch of salt for flavor.
- Serve warm, and top with your favorite toppings like sliced bananas, berries, or nuts.
