- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemonade
- ½ cup bourbon

Instructions
- Wash and pit the ripe peaches, then chop them into small pieces.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped peaches, freshly squeezed lemonade, and bourbon, and blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with honey or agave syrup if desired; blend again.
- Pour the peach mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion. Insert sticks once filled.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
