- 2 paper plates (one large, one small)
- Yellow paint or yellow tissue paper
- Blue paint or blue construction paper
- Cotton balls

Instructions
- Paint the larger paper plate completely in yellow or glue small pieces of yellow tissue paper onto it.
- For the smaller plate, paint it blue or cover it with blue construction paper.
- Once the yellow plate is dry, use a black marker to draw facial features on the sun.
- Position the smaller blue plate atop the larger yellow plate, slightly off-center.
- Glue cotton balls onto the blue plate for a fluffy cloud effect.
- If desired, sprinkle glitter or add sequins for a sparkling touch.
