Description

A fun and easy-to-make paint using non-toxic materials that adds vibrant colors to sidewalks and driveways, perfect for artistic outdoor activities.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of cornstarch
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of dish soap
  • Food coloring (various colors)
  • Glitter (optional)
  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk or spoon for mixing
  • Refillable squirt bottles or paint containers
  • Measuring cups

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of cornstarch and 1 cup of water. Whisk or stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
  2. Add 1 cup of dish soap to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated, creating a foamy texture.
  3. Divide the mixture into smaller bowls if you want multiple colors. Add food coloring one drop at a time until you achieve the desired intensity and mix well.
  4. Pour the colored foam paint into refillable squirt bottles or paint containers. Seal tightly and shake for consistency.
  5. Find a suitable outdoor space to start creating your artwork, enjoying the texture and colors. Let your designs dry; they will eventually wash away with water.

Notes

Experiment with natural pigments or different soap types for various textures. Add glitter for extra sparkle.
