Description

Delightfully colorful Ocean Swirl Lollipops that capture the essence of the ocean with vibrant swirls of blue, green, and white, perfect for parties and gifts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Food coloring in blue, green, and white
  • Flavoring oils (like blue raspberry, mint, or coconut)
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Candy thermometer
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Silicone lollipop mold or parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by laying down parchment paper or preparing your silicone mold and spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Stir gently and heat over medium-high heat until it reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
  3. Once at 300°F, remove from heat, and pour the mixture into three separate bowls. Color one bowl blue, another green, and leave one white. Mix in desired flavors.
  4. Quickly pour the colored mixtures into the mold or onto prepared parchment in swirls. Use a stick or knife to create swirls.
  5. Insert lollipop sticks into the center of each swirl, pushing down slightly.
  6. Allow lollipops to cool completely until hardened, then gently remove from molds or parchment and store in an airtight container.

Notes

You can experiment with different flavors and colors. Add edible glitter for extra sparkle and use ocean-themed molds for a fun twist.
