Ingredients

- 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc.)
- 1/4 cup seeds (chia, sunflower, etc.)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats with any dry ingredients like nuts, seeds, and dried fruit.
- In another bowl, mix the honey or maple syrup with the almond butter and flavorings.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Add water or milk if the mixture is too dry.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan evenly and firmly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Let bars cool completely before slicing into squares.
Notes
For chewier bars, avoid overbaking. Experiment with add-ins like chocolate chips or coconut flakes.
