Instructions
- Prepare the mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and peanut butter. Mix until well blended and creamy.
- Add sweetness: Gradually add in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated. Fold in the graham cracker crumbs.
- Form the balls: With clean hands, scoop out the mixture and roll it into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the formed balls on a parchment-lined tray.
- Optional coating: If desired, melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
