Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of corn starch
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Neon food coloring (various colors as per preference)
- Glow-in-the-dark powder (optional)
- Bowl for mixing
- Measuring cups
- Mixing spoon
- Mold or container for shaping the ball
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
- Slowly add 1/2 cup of corn starch and 1 tablespoon of baking soda to the mixture.
- Stir gently until the ingredients are well-combined, achieving a thickening consistency.
- Add a few drops of neon food coloring to the mixture and customize colors as desired.
- If using glow-in-the-dark powder, mix it in for an even distribution.
- Shape the mixture into a ball, rolling it until it’s smooth and even.
- Let the ball dry on a tray for a few hours, ensuring it hardens completely before use.
- Once dry, test the neon glow ball under a UV light and enjoy the illumination!
Notes
Experiment with different neon colors for vibrant creations. Store the balls in a cool, dry place to maintain their shape.
