Description

A fun and vibrant dessert that adds color and creativity to any occasion with customizable layers of neon-colored jello.


Ingredients

  • Neon-colored Jello (four flavors)
  • Boiling water
  • Cold water
  • Clear plastic push-up pop containers
  • Whipped cream (optional, for layering)
  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk
  • Measuring cups

Instructions

  1. Boil water as directed on the Jello package.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine one packet of each neon Jello flavor with one cup of boiling water and whisk until dissolved.
  3. Stir in one cup of cold water for each flavor.
  4. Pour one color of Jello into the push-up pop container, filling it about one-third full.
  5. Place the pops in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until the layer sets.
  6. Repeat the mixing and layering process for the remaining colors, chilling after each layer until they are set.
  7. Once the final layer has set, add a dollop of whipped cream on top if desired.
