- 1 bag of chocolate candy melts (or chocolate chips)
- Mini marshmallows
- Black licorice strings or chocolate frosting for decoration
- Wax paper or parchment paper
- Microwave-safe bowl
Instructions
- Prepare Your Space: Lay out wax paper or parchment paper on a flat surface for cooling your treats.
- Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Assemble the Hats: Dip the top half of each chocolate-covered cookie into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip.
- Add Marshmallow: Place a mini marshmallow on the melted chocolate, pressing gently.
- Finalize the Hat: Dip the bottom of a second cookie into the melted chocolate and press it down onto the marshmallow, creating the hat shape.
