Ingredients

- 2 cups of blue gelatin (prepared according to package directions)
- 1 cup of whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
- Assorted gummy sea creatures (e.g., fish, sharks, and jellyfish)
- Food coloring (optional)
- Mini plastic shovels or spoons for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the blue gelatin according to package instructions and let cool slightly.
- Pour the gelatin into small glass jars, filling them about one-third full, and refrigerate until just set, about 30 minutes.
- Layer whipped cream on top of the gelatin using a spoon or piping bag.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the whipped cream to mimic the ocean floor.
- Repeat the layering process with blue gelatin and whipped cream until jars are full, leaving some space for gummy sea creatures.
- Add gummy sea creatures on top and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
These can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Not recommended for freezing.
