Description

Create a vibrant and whimsical treat with this easy Mermaid’s Lagoon recipe, perfect for parties and family fun.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup blue jello mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Edible glitter (optional)
  • Sea-themed sprinkles (optional)
  • Mermaid or seashell molds

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve 1 cup of blue jello mix in 1 cup of boiling water.
  2. Stir until fully dissolved, then add in 1 cup of cold water.
  3. Mix well and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the jello mixture into your mermaid or seashell molds.
  5. Place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, until fully set.
  6. Once the jello is set, carefully remove it from the molds.
  7. Layer each piece with a dollop of whipped cream.
  8. Sprinkle edible glitter and sea-themed sprinkles over the whipped cream.
  9. Serve immediately for best presentation.
