- 1 cup blue jello mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Edible glitter (optional)
- Sea-themed sprinkles (optional)
- Mermaid or seashell molds
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve 1 cup of blue jello mix in 1 cup of boiling water.
- Stir until fully dissolved, then add in 1 cup of cold water.
- Mix well and let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Pour the jello mixture into your mermaid or seashell molds.
- Place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, until fully set.
- Once the jello is set, carefully remove it from the molds.
- Layer each piece with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Sprinkle edible glitter and sea-themed sprinkles over the whipped cream.
- Serve immediately for best presentation.
