- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
- Gradually add water and vegetable oil, mixing until the dough starts to come together.
- Transfer the dough onto a clean surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and pliable.
- Use a rolling pin to roll the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Press the cookie cutter into the rolled dough to create star shapes and place them onto a baking sheet.
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (90°C) and bake the stars for 2-3 hours until dry and hard.
- Allow the stars to cool completely, then decorate with paints or glitter.
Notes
Customize your stars with food coloring or by adding glitter for extra flair. Store unused dough in the refrigerator wrapped in plastic.
