Ingredients
- Clear plastic or glass jar with a lid
- Water
- Glitter (various colors)
- Glycerin (or clear corn syrup)
- Optional: small figurines or decorations
- Hot glue gun (for securing lid)
- Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Your Jar: Start with a clean and dry jar. Remove any labels. Decide whether you’ll include figurines; if so, place them at the bottom of the jar.
- Mix the Glitter Solution: Fill the jar with water, leaving about an inch of space from the top. Stir in a few tablespoons of glitter until you achieve your desired sparkle. Add glycerin to make the glitter flow slower and create a more calming effect. Mix well.
- Add Color (Optional): If you want a colored globe, add a few drops of food coloring and stir.
- Seal It Up: Place the lid on the jar. If using a glass jar, consider applying hot glue around the rim to secure it tightly. This will prevent any spills.
- Shake and Enjoy: Give your globe a gentle shake, and watch the glitter swirl! Take a moment to enjoy the calming visuals.
