Ingredients
- Blue crayons (broken or whole)
- Oven-safe muffin tin or silicone mold
- Baking paper
- Grater or knife for shaving crayons
- Oven or microwave
- Optional: Clear contact paper or adhesive for backing
Instructions
- Prepare Your Crayons: Gather your blue crayons and remove the wrappers. Use a grater to shave the crayons into fine pieces.
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 230°F (110°C). You can also use a microwave if preferred.
- Fill the Mold: Sprinkle the grated blue crayon pieces evenly into the muffin tin or silicone mold.
- Melt the Crayons: Place the filled mold in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until fully melted.
- Cool and Remove: Carefully remove the mold from the oven and let it cool at room temperature until solid (about 1 hour).
- Optional Backing: Use clear contact paper or adhesive to back your suncatcher for added durability.
Notes
Feel free to mix colors for gradient effects and use different molds for unique shapes.
