Description

Create your own aroma stones infused with essential oils for a natural air freshener and decorative touch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of baking soda
  • 1/2 cup of corn starch
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Essential oils (your choice)
  • A mixing bowl
  • Cookie cutter (optional)
  • Small decorative molds or trays
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • Wax paper or parchment paper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of baking soda and 1/2 cup of corn starch.
  2. Slowly add 1/2 cup of water to the dry ingredients. Stir until you achieve a smooth, thick paste.
  3. Add 10-20 drops of your favorite essential oil to the mixture. If desired, add a few drops of food coloring.
  4. Spoon the mixture into small molds or shape it using a cookie cutter on wax paper, pressing gently to hold the shape.
  5. Allow the stones to dry for 24-48 hours or place them in a warm oven at the lowest setting for quicker drying.
  6. Once dry, carefully remove the stones from molds and let them cure in a cool, dry place for an additional day.

Notes

Customize scents and shapes for unique aroma stones. Store them in an airtight container to preserve scent.
