Instructions
- Clean the eggs: Carefully crack the eggs and save the shells. Rinse them thoroughly and let them dry.
- Cut the eggshells in half or leave them whole for different effects.
- Mix in a bowl, combine ½ cup of warm water with ½ cup of Epsom salt or sugar. Stir until dissolved.
- Add a few drops of food coloring to the solution and mix until you achieve the desired color.
- Pour the colored solution carefully into the cleaned eggshells, leaving a bit of space.
- Rest the filled shells on a paper towel to absorb excess liquid.
- Wait for 24-48 hours for crystallization. The longer you wait, the more pronounced the crystals will become.
- Observe the crystals form over time.
- Remove the eggshells once crystallization is complete. Display or gift your magical geodes!
