Description

A delightful, gooey substance that combines creativity with sensory exploration, perfect for kids and adults alike.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp cream of tartar
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • Essential oils for added scent (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your materials.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and cream of tartar, and stir until blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the water and vegetable oil, adding food coloring if desired.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until thick and gooey.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring until it thickens and pulls away from the sides.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool, then knead until smooth.
  7. Add essential oils or more food coloring during kneading if desired.
