Ingredients
- Glass jars (empty and clean)
- Tissue paper in various colors
- Mod Podge or white school glue
- Paintbrushes
- Battery-operated tea lights

Instructions
- Clean the jar thoroughly and ensure it’s dried.
- Cut or tear the tissue paper into small pieces (about 2 inches wide).
- Apply a thin layer of Mod Podge or glue around the jar’s exterior with a paintbrush.
- Place torn pieces of tissue paper on the jar, overlapping slightly, and smooth out with the brush.
- Continue layering tissue paper until the jar is completely covered.
- Apply another layer of Mod Podge over the top to seal.
- Allow the lantern to dry completely for a few hours.
- Insert a battery-operated tea light inside the jar.
- Add a ribbon or twine around the top for embellishment.
Notes
