Ingredients
- LED String Lights
- Clear plastic bags (like grocery bags)
- Scissors
- Fishing line or clear string
- Small weights (optional)
- Tape (optional)
- Paint (optional for added color)
- Hot glue gun (optional for added stability)
Instructions
- Cut the plastic bags into strips approximately 1-2 inches wide and 12-14 inches long.
- Gather several strips and bunch them together at one end. Create a knot with fishing line or clear string around the gathered section to hold them together.
- Using the rest of the plastic bag, form a rounded shape resembling a jellyfish body and secure it with tape or glue.
- Attach the tentacles to the jellyfish body with glue or tape. If desired, add small weights to the bottom to help the jellyfish “float” when hung.
- Gently push the LED lights into the jellyfish body, allowing some to peek out for a glowing effect.
- Find a suitable place to hang the jellyfish and adjust the fishing line length as needed.
