Description

A vibrant and fun no-bake treat made with fruit juice and gelatin that brings back childhood memories.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fruit juice (your choice: grape, apple, or berry)
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: a few drops of food coloring

Instructions

  1. Combine the fruit juice, water, and sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture is warm but not boiling.
  3. Gradually sprinkle the gelatin powder into the warm mixture, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
  4. Keep stirring for about 2-3 minutes until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  5. If desired, add food coloring for extra vibrancy.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold or a shallow dish. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Notes

Experiment with different fruit juices for varied flavors and consider adding small pieces of fruit for added texture.
