Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- Optional: a few drops of food coloring
Instructions
- Combine the fruit juice, water, and sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture is warm but not boiling.
- Gradually sprinkle the gelatin powder into the warm mixture, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
- Keep stirring for about 2-3 minutes until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- If desired, add food coloring for extra vibrancy.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or a shallow dish. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Notes
Experiment with different fruit juices for varied flavors and consider adding small pieces of fruit for added texture.
