Description

Festive and flavorful stuffed mini bell peppers perfect for patriotic holidays like the Fourth of July.


Ingredients

  • Mini bell peppers (red, white, and blue varieties)
  • Cream cheese (8 oz)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)
  • Garlic powder (1 tsp)
  • Onion powder (1 tsp)
  • Paprika (1 tsp)
  • Fresh parsley (finely chopped, 2 tbsp)
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: bacon bits, chopped jalapeños, or any favorite add-ins

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth. Optional: fold in bacon bits or jalapeños.
  5. Spoon the filling into each half of the prepared bell peppers.
  6. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the stuffed peppers.
  7. Place peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until tender and bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
