Description

An engaging and fun DIY activity for kids and adults, perfect for Halloween-themed festivities or sensory play.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white school glue
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon saline solution (contact lens solution)
  • Food coloring (black or green for a spooky effect)
  • Optional: glitter or spider decorations

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of white school glue with 1 cup of water. Stir until well combined.
  2. Add a few drops of food coloring, mixing until you achieve your desired shade.
  3. Sprinkle the baking soda into the glue mixture, stirring until fully dissolved.
  4. Slowly mix in the saline solution, one tablespoon at a time. Knead with your hands once it thickens; it should become stretchy and not sticky.
  5. Optional: Fold in glitter or place small plastic spider decorations for added fun.

Notes

Experiment with textures by adding cornstarch or using glow-in-the-dark paint. Store in an airtight container to prolong lifespan.
