Description

A delightful, sensory-enhancing playdough recipe made with Jello that adds vibrant colors and fruity scents for endless fun.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 packet (3 oz) flavored gelatin (Jello)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and Jello powder. Mix well until evenly incorporated.
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and vegetable oil. Add a few drops of food coloring for an extra pop, if desired.
  3. Gently heat the wet mixture over medium heat until warm, but not boiling.
  4. Gradually pour the warm liquid into the dry ingredients, stirring continuously until it starts to come together.
  5. Once the mixture forms a ball, remove it from the bowl and knead it with your hands for about 3-5 minutes for a smooth consistency.
  6. Place the playdough in an airtight container to keep it fresh.

Notes

Customize scents and colors using different Jello flavors, and enhance with eco-friendly glitter for a sparkling touch.
